In the beginning of the movie, Dr. Hollander creates Miranda using genetic material from an alien species. However, as Miranda grows older, she begins to display violent and uncontrollable tendencies. Dr. Hollander becomes concerned about the potentially dangerous consequences of his creation and decides to take Miranda to Mexico to reverse the effects of the alien DNA.
Once in Mexico, Dr. Hollander performs a procedure on Miranda, but it goes horribly wrong. Instead of reversing the alien DNA, it activates a dormant instinct in Miranda to mate and reproduce with a male of her own kind. Miranda then begins to search for a mate, killing anyone who gets in her way.
Meanwhile, a team of scientists and government agents, led by Tom Hollander (Dr. Hollander's brother), are working together to track down Miranda and stop her before she can mate and potentially create a new species of deadly aliens on Earth.
As Miranda's killing spree continues, Tom and his team race against time to find her and stop her before it's too late. Along the way, they discover dark secrets about Dr. Hollander's research and the true nature of Miranda's alien DNA. In the end, Tom and his team are able to stop Miranda and prevent her from mating, but not before a few shocking revelations are uncovered.
