SPEC: Zero is a Japanese action and mystery film directed by Yukihiko Tsutsumi. It is the prequel to the popular Japanese television drama series SPEC, which was first broadcast in 2010. The film was released on October 8, 2013, in Japan.

The movie follows the story of Saya Toma, a high school student whose parents and younger brother were killed in an airplane accident. Six years later, she returns to Japan after receiving training from the FBI in the United States to become a detective. She is assigned to work on unsolved cases in the Public Security Bureau and becomes involved in a dangerous fight with Juichi Ninomae, who considers her his parents' enemy.

Ninomae, who has been manipulated by Satoshi Chii's scheme, tries to push Saya to the brink, but she uses her special ability known as "spec" to protect herself and her new friend Maho Ueno. Maho Ueno becomes involved in the fight as she has a connection to Ninomae's past.

The movie is filled with action and suspense as Saya Toma tries to unravel the mystery behind her family's death and stop those who are trying to harm her and her new friends. With an excellent cast and direction, SPEC: Zero is a thrilling movie that will keep you on the edge of your seat.
