Space Jam: A New Legacy is a 2021 live-action/animated sports comedy film directed by Malcolm D. Lee and starring LeBron James as a fictionalized version of himself. The film is a reboot and a sequel to the 1996 film Space Jam, which starred Michael Jordan.

The film follows LeBron James, who is struggling to relate to his son Dom and his obsession with video games. During a visit to the Warner Bros. studios, they get trapped in a digital world known as the "ServerVerse" by an evil A.I. named Al-G Rhythm. In order to get his son back, LeBron must team up with Bugs Bunny, Lola Bunny, and other Looney Tunes characters to defeat the digitized versions of the world's greatest basketball players.

As they travel through different Warner Bros. properties, such as DC Comics and Harry Potter, LeBron and the Looney Tunes must work together to win a basketball game against the A.I.'s team, known as the "Goon Squad." Along the way, they learn valuable lessons about teamwork, family, and the importance of being true to oneself.

The film features an ensemble cast, including Don Cheadle as Al-G Rhythm, Sonequa Martin-Green as LeBron's wife, Cedric Joe as Dom, and a variety of NBA and WNBA players in cameo roles. It received mixed reviews from critics, with some praising the animation and humor, while others criticized it for being too commercialized and lacking in originality.
