In Snoopy's Reunion, Charlie Brown realizes that Snoopy has been feeling lonely and nostalgic for his days at Daisy Hill Puppy Farm. So, he decides to bring Snoopy's siblings back together for a reunion.
When Charlie Brown and Snoopy arrive at the location of the old puppy farm, they are surprised to see that it has been replaced by a strip mall. However, they soon find that Snoopy's siblings have all come to the reunion.
The reunion is a joyful occasion as the siblings catch up and reminisce about old times. They even take out their instruments and have a jam session on the sidewalk. However, when it's time for the siblings to leave, Snoopy is left feeling sad once again.
Charlie Brown consoles Snoopy and reminds him that they'll always be family and that they can always visit each other. The special ends with Snoopy feeling happy and grateful for the reunion.
