Snitch is a 2013 action thriller film directed by Ric Roman Waugh. The movie stars Dwayne Johnson as John Matthews, a construction company owner whose son is wrongfully accused of drug trafficking. John learns that his son, Jason (played by Rafi Gavron), has been set up by one of his friends who is also involved in drug dealing. Jason is facing a mandatory minimum 10-year sentence, as he refuses to give up the names of his accomplices.
Determined to save his son from an unjust sentence, John decides to take matters into his own hands. Together, they start to gain the trust of the cartel's leaders, but as they get closer to their target, the risks become greater.
