In Smokin' Aces 2: Assassins' Ball, Walter Weed is a low-level FBI employee who suddenly finds himself the target of a $3 million hit. The plot to assassinate Weed is orchestrated by Hal Leuco, a mysterious figure with connections to organized crime. Leuco has put a bounty on Weed's head, attracting a group of eccentric and dangerous hired killers to the scene.
To protect Weed, the FBI puts him in a secure location, but the assassins quickly catch wind of his whereabouts. The assassins, a motley crew of thrilling killers, include a seductive, knife-wielding temptress, a saw-wielding madman, a master of disguises, and a retired hitman who comes out of retirement to take on the hit.
The film follows Walter and the FBI as they try to fend off the numerous, increasingly bizarre attacks from the assassins. But as the assassins invade the hotel where Walter is being protected, it soon becomes clear that not everyone will make it out alive. As the body count rises, Walter and the FBI race against time to uncover the identity of Hal Leuco and put an end to the madness once and for all.
