Small City is a gritty urban drama set in the heart of London. The film follows the story of two young people who come from vastly different backgrounds. On one hand, there is Tommy, a street-smart hustler who knows how to survive in the tough, unforgiving world of the city. On the other hand, there is Lara, a young woman from Europe who has been coerced into working as a drugs mule.
