Slaughterhouse Movie Plot

The Butcher's Revenge: Bloodbath

Horror  United States of America

The movie Slaughterhouse centers around the struggling owner of a pig slaughterhouse, Lester Bacon, who is faced with foreclosure after failing to keep up with his mortgage payments. With no other options left, Lester hatches a plan to stop the sale of the property by enlisting the help of his mentally disabled son, Buddy, to take revenge on those involved in the foreclosure proceedings.

Buddy, who is fiercely loyal to his father, is easily convinced to carry out the plan despite his innocent demeanor. Armed with a sledgehammer, Buddy begins his killing spree, targeting everyone from the bank employee responsible for initiating the foreclosure to the real estate agent tasked with selling the property.

The violence escalates as Buddy becomes more and more unhinged, eventually turning his attention to a group of teenagers who accidentally stumble upon the slaughterhouse while out on a joyride. As the body count rises, the small town's sheriff, along with a group of concerned citizens, tries to stop Buddy before he can do any more harm.

The film is a classic horror film with elements of satire and dark humor, culminating in a gruesome and bloody finale as the townspeople confront Lester and Buddy in a final showdown. While the film received mixed reviews upon its release in 1987, it has since gained a cult following among fans of the horror genre.
