As Diamond, Tia, and Tara struggle to make ends meet in their rough Chicago neighborhood, they receive devastating news that their beloved grandmother has been diagnosed with cancer. With no health insurance or savings, the sisters are forced to get creative to come up with a way to pay for their grandmother's treatment.
Diamond, the eldest of the group, hatches a plan to rob a local drug dealer who has been terrorizing their neighborhood. Despite the risk, Tia and Tara agree to help and they successfully pull off the heist, collecting enough money to pay for their grandmother's treatment.
