Sinister Sorority follows the story of Emily, a college freshman who joins a popular sorority on campus. Emily becomes obsessed with one of her sisters, Sarah, after Sarah helps her during a panic attack. However, Emily's obsession quickly turns dark as she becomes increasingly possessive of Sarah, even going as far as stalking her and breaking into her room.
As Emily's behavior escalates, Sarah begins to fear for her safety and turns to the other sisters for help. However, they are hesitant to believe Sarah's accusations as Emily presents a charming and innocent facade to everyone else. Gradually, Sarah's fears are validated as Emily becomes more and more dangerous.
As the sisters try to protect Sarah and get her help, Emily's erratic behavior puts them all in danger. The film builds to a suspenseful climax as the sisters confront Emily and fight to survive her wrath.
