The four heroes in Silverado are Emmett (Scott Glenn), a sharpshooter who has just been released from prison; Paden (Kevin Kline), a gambler who is down on his luck; Jake (Kevin Costner), a drifter and a troublemaker; and Mal (Danny Glover), a black cowboy looking to reclaim his family's land.
As they make their way to Silverado, they encounter various obstacles and enemies, including raiding parties, corrupt lawmen, and hired gunslingers. Along the way, they also meet and befriend various allies, including farmers, saloonkeepers, and a beautiful woman named Hannah (Rosanna Arquette).
When they finally arrive in Silverado, they discover that the town is being controlled by a corrupt sheriff named Cobb (Brian Dennehy) and his posse of ruthless henchmen. They also learn that their own families and friends have become targets of Cobb's tyranny.
Now, the four heroes must band together and use their individual skills and strengths to take down Cobb and his men, while also navigating personal conflicts and loyalties. In the end, they succeed in freeing the town and restoring justice, but not without making sacrifices and facing losses along the way.
