Silent Trigger is a 1996 action thriller film directed by Russell Mulcahy and starring Dolph Lundgren as Waxman. The film begins with Waxman and Clegg (played by Gina Bellman) on a mission to assassinate a high-profile target in a skyscraper. However, their plan goes awry when they are ambushed by the enemy and forced to fight their way out.

Waxman and Clegg must use all of their skills and resources to evade their former colleagues and uncover the truth behind the attack. Along the way, they team up with a journalist named Matheson (played by Conrad Dunn) who helps them unravel the conspiracy.
