Silent Rage is a 1982 American science fiction action thriller film directed by Michael Miller and starring Chuck Norris, Ron Silver, and Steven Keats. The film begins with a mentally ill man named John Kirby (Brian Libby) going on a killing spree in a small Texas town. The local police are unable to take him down, and he is shot and presumed dead by Sheriff Dan Stevens (Norris).

However, Kirby's body is taken to a nearby laboratory where a group of scientists led by Dr. Philip Spires (Keats) inject an experimental serum into his body, hoping to revive him. Their experiment is successful, but Kirby develops superhuman strength and regenerative abilities. He breaks out of the lab and begins to wreak havoc on the town once again.

As Kirby begins to target those who wronged him in the past, Sheriff Stevens realizes that he is the only one who can stop him. With the help of his love interest Nancy (Toni Kalem) and Dr. Spires, Stevens goes on a thrilling chase to take down Kirby and save the town from destruction.

The film features numerous action-packed fight sequences and thrilling car chases, all culminating in a dramatic showdown between Kirby and Stevens. Silent Rage received mixed reviews upon its release, but has since gained a cult following among fans of Norris and the action genre.
