In the movie, the Postables, a group of postal detectives who specialize in reuniting lost mail with its intended recipients, receive a wedding dress in the mail. The dress has no return address or note, but the Postables are determined to find its rightful recipient. As they work to track down the owner of the dress, they uncover a deeper mystery involving a missing person and a possible case of identity theft.
At the same time, the Postables' colleague Rita and her fiancé Norman are planning their wedding. But when unexpected obstacles arise, including a last-minute change of venue and a missing wedding photographer, Rita and Norman start to wonder if their wedding will ever happen. As they navigate these challenges, they also begin to question whether they are truly ready for marriage.
Throughout the movie, the Postables work tirelessly to solve the mystery of the wedding dress while also supporting Rita and Norman in their wedding planning. Along the way, they learn about the power of love, commitment, and determination, and they come to understand that sometimes the greatest challenges can lead to the greatest rewards.
