Shout is a 1991 American drama film directed by Jeffrey Hornaday and starring John Travolta as Jack Cabe, a musician who becomes a teacher at a Texas juvenile detention center for boys. When Jack arrives at the detention center, he quickly realizes that the boys are struggling with a lack of direction and hope.
