She's All That is a 1999 teenage romantic comedy film directed by Robert Iscove. The film stars Freddie Prinze Jr. as Zach Siler, Rachael Leigh Cook as Laney Boggs, Matthew Lillard as Brock Hudson, Anna Paquin as Mackenzie Siler, Kieran Culkin as Simon Boggs, Kevin Pollak as Wayne Boggs and Jodi Lyn O'Keefe as Taylor Vaughan. The film features several notable cameos by popular 1990s actors, including Jennifer Love Hewitt, Sarah Michelle Gellar, and Gabrielle Union.

The film is a modern retelling of George Bernard Shaw's play Pygmalion, which tells the story of a professor who transforms a cockney flower girl into a refined and cultured lady. In She's All That, Zach Siler is a popular high school senior who is dumped by his girlfriend Taylor Vaughan just weeks before prom. Taylor, who is seeking fame and fortune, decides to date reality TV star Brock Hudson instead.

Feeling humiliated and wanting to prove his worth, Zach agrees to a bet proposed by his best friend Dean (played by Paul Walker). The bet states that Zach must turn a randomly chosen girl into the prom queen within six weeks. To prove his point, Zach accepts the challenge and chooses Laney Boggs, a shy art student who has no interest in being popular.

Zach initially struggles to win over Laney, who is suspicious of his motives and resists his attempts to change her appearance and personality. However, as they spend more time together, Zach and Laney begin to develop a genuine connection and feelings for each other. Zach helps Laney to gain confidence and self-respect, and she eventually agrees to attend prom with him.

At prom, Laney's transformation is complete, and she is chosen as the new prom queen. Zach and Laney share a romantic dance, and Zach publicly declares his love for her. The film ends with the couple walking off into the sunset, ready to start a new chapter in their lives.
