Sherlock Holmes and the Voice of Terror is a 1942 film directed by John Rawlins and starring Basil Rathbone as Sherlock Holmes and Nigel Bruce as Dr. Watson. The film is based on the 1940 radio play "His Last Bow" by Arthur Conan Doyle.

In the film, England is at the beginning of World War II and is dealing with mysterious wireless broadcasts that seem to be coming from Nazi Germany. The Defense Committee is baffled by these broadcasts and they call in Holmes to help them decipher who is behind them and how they are able to predict the future events.

Holmes and Watson begin their investigation by working on the latest target of the broadcasts, a munitions factory. As they investigate, they find themselves in more danger as they discover that the Voice of Terror, the man behind the broadcasts, is closer than they think.

The film showcases the brilliant deduction skills of Sherlock Holmes and the loyalty and bravery of Dr. Watson. It also reveals the dangers faced by the people of England during World War II and the heroic efforts of those fighting against the Nazi regime.
