The young woman, named Sarah, is initially excited to inherit her grandfather's theater, which has been closed for years. However, she quickly realizes that the property is in disrepair and will require a significant amount of money to restore it to its former glory. Sarah decides to put the theater up for sale, but soon finds herself at odds with the developers who are interested in purchasing the property.
As Sarah spends more time at the theater, she begins to uncover hidden secrets about her grandfather's past, including a mysterious death that occurred within the theater's walls. Determined to uncover the truth, Sarah decides to reopen the theater herself, much to the dismay of the developers who will stop at nothing to acquire the property.

With the help of a handsome contractor who is working on the restoration, Sarah must uncover the identity of her grandfather's killer and protect the theater from those who seek to destroy it. In the end, Sarah succeeds in reopening the theater and honoring her grandfather's legacy.
