In Sharpe's Company, the Duke of Wellington assigns Sharpe and his men to help lay siege to the heavily fortified town of Badajoz. However, Sharpe is soon confronted by a vengeful henchman from his past, who seeks revenge by using a beautiful woman with whom Sharpe previously had a relationship.
The woman reveals that she has given birth to Sharpe's daughter, and Sharpe is overjoyed to finally meet his child. He is also given back his position as captain of the Light Company, but fears that his newfound happiness will be short-lived.
As the siege of Badajoz progresses, Sharpe and his men face intense fighting and devastating losses. Meanwhile, the vengeful henchman continues to plot against Sharpe, leading to a deadly showdown.
Throughout the film, Sharpe's loyalty to his men and determination to complete the mission are tested, and he must navigate a web of political intrigue and personal vendettas to emerge victorious.
