Shark Night 3D follows a group of college friends who decide to spend a relaxing weekend at a remote lake house in Louisiana, but their vacation quickly turns into a terrifying ordeal as they are attacked by a group of aggressive, freshwater sharks.
As the group tries to find a way out of the lake, they discover that the sharks are being intentionally released into the water by a group of locals who are using them for illegal gambling.
The action-packed film features a variety of shark attacks, from swimmers being pulled under to a high-speed jet ski chase. As the group fights to survive, they also uncover a shocking conspiracy and face betrayal from unexpected sources.
The movie stars Sara Paxton, Dustin Milligan, and Chris Carmack, and was directed by David R. Ellis. While the film received mixed reviews from critics, it was praised for its entertaining and suspenseful scenes, as well as its use of 3D technology to enhance the shark attacks.
