Shelia has spent her entire career as an environmentalist fighting against the use of plastic in society. She is determined to find a solution to the growing problem of waste in our oceans. When she finally makes a breakthrough in her research, she decides to venture into the deep sea to find the source of the problem.
On her journey, she encounters a group of scientists who have been experimenting with genetically enhanced sharks. They have created a new species of shark that is larger, faster, and more deadly than any other shark. The scientists believe they can use these sharks to help with research, but Shelia realizes that they could also be used as a weapon.
