Chon Wang is initially sent to America to rescue Princess Pei Pei, who has been kidnapped by a traitorous royal guard named Lo Fong. However, after arriving in Nevada, Chon quickly finds himself lost and unable to locate the princess.
Chance would have it that he runs into a small-time outlaw named Roy O'Bannon, who robs banks and stagecoaches with his gang. Initially mistaking him for a lawman, Chon soon discovers that Roy is anything but an upstanding citizen.
Despite their differences, the two eventually team up to track down the princess and rescue her from her captors. Along the way, they face a number of challenges and obstacles, including a train heist, a Native American attack, and a brawl at a saloon.
As they get closer to rescuing Princess Pei Pei, Chon and Roy also begin to develop a genuine camaraderie and friendship, despite their vastly different backgrounds and personalities. In the end, they manage to defeat Lo Fong and his henchmen, and Chon is able to return Princess Pei Pei to China safely.
