Chon Wang (played by Jackie Chan) and Roy O'Bannon (played by Owen Wilson) are reunited in London in 1887, where they discover that Chon's father has been murdered by a mysterious killer. Determined to avenge his father's death, Chon must navigate the unfamiliar culture and customs of London with Roy's help. While investigating his father's murder, Chon's sister, Lin (played by Fann Wong), arrives in London seeking the same vengeance.
However, Lin stumbles upon a conspiracy to assassinate the Royal Family. Unfortunately, no one believes her until Chon and Roy discover evidence that corroborates her story. Their investigation leads them through the streets of London, where they face a series of dangerous challenges, including a brutal encounter with the legendary Jack the Ripper.
Meanwhile, Roy falls in love with the beautiful but deadly thief, Isabella (played by Anna Chancellor), who has her own agenda. As Chon and Roy uncover the sinister plot to assassinate the Royal Family, they must outsmart the ruthless conspirators and put a stop to their plans before it's too late.
The movie is filled with Jackie Chan's trademark martial arts sequences and Owen Wilson's comedic timing, making for an action-packed and hilarious adventure.
