In the film, Glen is the child of Chucky and Tiffany, who are both now living as dolls in a ventriloquist's museum. Feeling neglected and unloved, Glen discovers his parents' remains and uses a magical amulet to bring them back to life. However, Glen is horrified to learn that his parents are actually serial killers and he struggles to come to terms with his own identity.
As Chucky and Tiffany begin their killing spree once again, they find themselves in the midst of a Hollywood production of a movie based on their exploits. The couple decides to infiltrate the set, leading to a series of humorous and often outrageous encounters with the cast and crew.
Meanwhile, Glen meets Jennifer Tilly, the actress playing Tiffany in the movie, and develops a crush on her. Jennifer is initially unaware that Tiffany is a real person, and as the line between reality and fiction becomes blurred, things become increasingly chaotic.
As the body count rises and the movie production falls apart, Chucky and Tiffany must confront their own issues of love and self-acceptance, while Glen grapples with the question of whether or not to follow in their murderous footsteps. The film ultimately ends with a surprising twist and a shocking revelation about Glen's true nature.
