The group of delinquents sent to clean the Blackwell Hotel are actually juvenile criminals who are participating in a rehabilitation program. The hotel has been abandoned for years and is now in a state of disrepair. As they start their cleanup, they encounter strange noises and creepy rooms.
Unbeknownst to them, Jacob Goodnight, a murderer who had been presumed dead after being shot by the cop, is still alive and has been living in the hotel since his supposed death. He is a ruthless killer who preys on anyone who crosses his path.
One by one, the delinquents fall victim to Goodnight's sadistic killings. The cop, who is haunted by his past encounter with the killer, joins forces with the remaining survivors to try and escape the hotel and stop Goodnight once and for all.
As they navigate the hotel's maze-like corridors and fight off the killer's attacks, the survivors uncover the truth about Goodnight's past and the reason for his twisted behavior. In a final showdown, they face off against the psychopath and must use all their skills to defeat him and make it out alive.
