Once the human squad arrives on Sirius 6-B, they discover that the planet has become overrun with new types of screamers that have evolved since the previous Screamers incident. These new screamers can mimic human form and infiltrate the survivors' base, making it difficult to distinguish between friend and foe. As the human squad and survivors band together to fight the screamers, they also uncover a sinister secret about the true purpose of the outpost and the screamers themselves. The movie is a sequel to the 1995 film Screamers, and stars actors Gina Holden, Jana Pallaske, and Lance Henriksen.
