In "Scream and Scream Again" the serial killer, known as The Vampire Killer, is terrorizing London by leaving behind drained bodies. The police are stumped as to who the killer could be, until they capture a suspect who leads them to the house of a bizarre scientist. The scientist, Dr. Browning, is conducting experiments on humans, attempting to create a new race of superhumans. It is eventually revealed that Dr. Browning is the mastermind behind the killings, as he has been draining his victims' blood for his experiments. The film features three parallel storylines, with each one eventually converging to reveal the true extent of Dr. Browning's twisted experiments. Alongside the police investigation, a British intelligence agent is tasked with uncovering a plot to overthrow the government, while a man wakes up in a hospital with no memory of how he got there or why he has lost his limbs.
