In Scooby-Doo! WrestleMania Mystery, the gang travels to WWE City for WrestleMania and quickly becomes embroiled in a supernatural mystery. The Ghost Bear, a spooky creature with glowing red eyes, is on a rampage, scaring the residents and causing chaos in the town.
Shaggy and Scooby, who are big wrestling fans, are excited to attend WrestleMania, but as soon as they arrive in WWE City, they spot the Ghost Bear and are immediately terrified. When the Ghost Bear steals the WWE Championship Title belt, the gang knows that they must act quickly to solve the mystery and stop the ghostly villain.
Luckily, they have help from some of the biggest WWE Superstars, who become their allies in the fight against the Ghost Bear. John Cena, Triple H, Sin Cara, Brodus Clay, AJ Lee, The Miz, and Kane all lend a hand, using their wrestling skills and knowledge to help the gang solve the mystery and catch the culprit.
As they investigate, the gang discovers that the Ghost Bear is actually a projection created by a technology genius named Ruben, who is seeking revenge against WWE after being fired from his job there. With their teamwork and quick thinking, the gang is able to foil Ruben's plan and save WrestleMania.
