School of Life is a heartwarming and emotional movie that tells the story of Matt Warner, a young man who has always lived in the shadow of his father, Norman Warner. Norman was a beloved teacher at Fallbrook Middle School and had won the annual student-elected Teacher of the Year award for 43 consecutive years before his passing.
As Matt begins his new job as a teacher at Fallbrook Middle School, he is immediately faced with the daunting task of carrying on his father's legacy. The students at Fallbrook Middle School are all expecting Matt to be just like his father, but he feels inadequate and unsure of himself.
Despite his insecurities, Matt is determined to make a difference in the lives of his students, just like his father did. He forms a special bond with a troubled student named Kyle, who is struggling with the recent separation of his parents. Through their friendship, Matt begins to understand the importance of connecting with his students on a personal level and inspiring them to be the best versions of themselves.
