Scarborough is a heartwarming drama about the lives of three kids- Bing, Sylvie, and Tasha who hail from a low-income neighborhood in Canada. Despite the challenges they face in their everyday lives, the kids find solace and a sense of belonging in an unlikely place- a community center located in the rough part of town.
The center becomes a safe haven for the three children, who find themselves bonding while partaking in recreational activities such as boxing and dancing. Through their interactions with one another, they learn valuable lessons about friendship, loyalty, and what it truly means to have a sense of community.
However, their new-found sense of belonging is threatened when the community center's funding is slashed, leaving the kids in a precarious situation. Determined to keep their refuge open, they mobilize their community, and through ingenuity and perseverance, they manage to raise the money they need to save the center.
