The expectant mother in question is played by actress Brianne Davis, who portrays a character named Sarah. Sarah is driving alone in a remote area when she is run off the road by a mysterious stranger in a pickup truck. She survives the crash but is seriously injured and is rushed to the hospital.
When Sarah wakes up several days later, she is devastated to learn that her baby has been taken. The hospital staff and the police are skeptical of her story, thinking she might have abandoned her baby or that her pregnancy might have been fake.
Determined to find her child, Sarah takes matters into her own hands and investigates the crime herself. Along the way, she discovers clues that lead her to a dangerous criminal underworld, where she encounters gangsters, drug dealers, and human traffickers.
As Sarah gets closer to the truth, she realizes that her baby's abduction might be part of a larger conspiracy involving the hospital, the police, and even her own husband (played by actor Patrick Duffy). With time running out, Sarah must outsmart her enemies and rescue her baby before it's too late.
