In Saved by the Belle, the three stooges play themselves as traveling salesmen selling fur coats in Valeska. However, they are not very successful in their sales, and the locals do not seem to be interested in buying their merchandise. One day, they receive a telegram instructing them to "get rid of present wardrobe," and the local authorities mistake it as an assassination plot against President Ward Robey.
The stooges are then arrested and sentenced to death, and their only hope of survival is the help of Rita, a beautiful revolutionary who aids them in their escape from the firing squad. She enlists their help in delivering important plans to the revolutionary leader, but things go wrong when the trio deliver a rolled-up calendar instead of the actual plans.
The stooges are once again facing the firing squad when Rita arrives with the real plans and spares them from execution. The plans reveal an impending earthquake, and the trio uses their knowledge of the impending disaster to save the President and the people of Valeska.
Saved by the Belle is a classic comedy movie filled with hilarious scenes, slapstick humor, and adventure, making it a must-watch for fans of the three stooges.
