The movie Santa Bootcamp follows the story of Emily, a talented event planner who is hired by wealthy shopping mall owner Ed Mancini to organize a Christmas gala. With the success of the event hinging on finding the perfect Santa Claus, Emily sets out to find the right candidate for the job.
To help her in her quest, Emily enlists the help of a Santa Bootcamp, a training program that prepares aspiring Santas for the rigors of the job. There, Emily meets a group of eccentric and enthusiastic aspiring Santas, each with their own unique strengths and weaknesses.
As Emily gets to know the Santas, she begins to uncover new ideas for the gala and find inspiration for her event planning. Together with her newfound friends, she coaxes out their inner-Santa as they prepare for the big night.
Along the way, Emily also finds romance with one of the Santas, adding a touch of holiday magic to the already heartwarming story. In the end, the gala is a huge success, and Emily's hard work and determination to find the perfect Santa pay off.
