Sanctuary Population One is a post-apocalyptic film in which the world has been ravaged by a deadly virus. The story follows Ethan, a young man who is searching for his parents and sister in the ruins of a city. He is accompanied by his friend Jax and a group of survivors who are all attempting to find sanctuary in a world overrun by infected bandits and ruthless government soldiers.
Ethan is an idealistic young man who believes that there must be a way to restore order to the chaos that has consumed the world. Along the way, he discovers that he has a unique ability to communicate with the infected, and uses this ability to try to forge a truce between them and the survivors.
However, Ethan's quest for peace is complicated by the fact that he is haunted by memories of his past. He is plagued by nightmares of his family's fate, and struggles to reconcile his desire to save others with his own grief and trauma.
As Ethan and his companions journey through the dangerous terrain, they encounter a variety of challenges including dangerous marauders, hostile government forces, and infected creatures. Together, they must navigate these obstacles and fight for their survival while also trying to hold onto their humanity and hope for a better future.
