Safeguard is an action-thriller movie directed by Fraser Precious. The movie follows the story of Takeda (played by Takumi Saito), a former kickboxer who runs a Japanese restaurant in London. One day, Takeda's restaurant is threatened by the London Mafia, who demand extortion money in return for protecting the restaurant from other gangs.
Takeda, who refuses to pay the extortion money, decides to take matters into his own hands to protect his family and his business. He acquires the help of a former colleague, played by Sean Cronin, to train his family members in self-defense techniques. He also seeks the help of a private investigator, played by Vithaya Pansringarm, to gather information about the London mafia's criminal activities.
