The movie Safari follows Richard Dacier, a French tour agency owner who is in serious debt to a group of mobsters. In an effort to repay his debts, Richard agrees to transport a suspicious suitcase to Mozambique for the mobsters. However, in order to avoid suspicion from authorities, he must continue to operate his tour agency as normal, despite having no experience as a safari guide.
To make matters worse, Richard is tasked with leading a group of European tourists into the African wilderness where they will come face to face with dangerous wildlife. Along the way, Richard must deal with his own fears and insecurities as he tries to keep the tourists safe and fulfill his duty to the mobsters.
As the tour progresses, tensions rise and secrets are uncovered, putting both Richard and the tourists in danger. The group is soon forced to confront the harsh realities of the African wilderness and the precariousness of their mission.
