Isaac and his wife Emma arrive in the remote Norwegian village after receiving news that Isaac has inherited a house from his biological father whom he never knew. The villagers seem suspicious and unwelcoming, and soon Isaac and Emma begin to experience strange occurrences, including bizarre dreams and unexplainable noises. Isaac also discovers evidence of his father's involvement with a mysterious cult that worships a sea-dwelling deity called Dagon.
As Emma's pregnancy progresses, she becomes increasingly endangered by the cult's practices. Isaac must confront the cult's leader and put an end to their dangerous rituals in order to save his wife and unborn child. But as he delves deeper into the dark history of the village, Isaac begins to question his own sanity and wonder if his father's legacy is more sinister than he ever could have imagined.
The film is a tense and atmospheric horror-thriller that explores themes of fatherhood, inheritance, and the perversion of religion. It stars two-time Emmy award winner Radha Mitchell as Emma and Rupert Graves (Sherlock, V for Vendetta) as Isaac. The film was directed by Andy Collier and Toor Mian, and premiered at FrightFest in 2020.
