In Rush Hour 3, after the assassination attempt on Ambassador Han, Lee and Carter are reassigned to protect Soo Yung, Han's daughter, who is now grown up and working as a cabaret performer in Paris. Soo Yung possesses information about the Triads' secret leaders, which puts her in danger.
