In the movie, Stu is invited to Paris by his boss to fix a malfunctioning robot at EuroReptarland, a popular theme park. Stu decides to bring his family along and the Rugrats are thrilled at the prospect of going to Paris. However, Angelica is not too thrilled as she thinks Paris is rather boring compared to the glamour of Hollywood.
In Paris, the Rugrats explore the city and discover a new friend in the form of a French girl named Kira. Kira is the head of the theme park's marketing department and is tasked with finding a new EuroReptarland performer after the previous one quit.
Angelica is jealous of Kira and sneaks away to find a new performer herself, but ends up sabotaging Kira's plans. The Rugrats, with the help of Kira and her friends, try to save the day and make EuroReptarland a success.
The movie is filled with humor, adventure, and heart as the Rugrats navigate the new surroundings of Paris and learn the importance of friendship and working together. The film also features a memorable soundtrack with new songs from popular artists such as Mya and Timbaland.
