RRRrrrr!!! is a French comedy film set 37,000 years ago during the Stone Age. The film follows two neighboring tribes, the Clean Hair and the Hair Sales, who live in relative peace despite their differences. The Clean Hair tribe has a secret formula for shampoo that keeps their hair clean and healthy, while the Hair Sales tribe is jealous and envious of their neighbors' luxurious locks.
The leader of the Hair Sales tribe decides to send a spy, played by actor Clovis Cornillac, to infiltrate the Clean Hair tribe and steal their shampoo recipe. However, the spy is discovered and captured by the Clean Hair tribe, and a comedic battle between the two tribes ensues.
The film features an ensemble cast of French actors, including Marina Foïs, Gérard Depardieu, and Vincent Desagnat, and was directed by Alain Chabat. Despite its unusual premise, RRRrrrr!!! was a commercial and critical success, winning the Best Foreign Film award at the 2004 Fantasia Festival.
