The movie Rock 'n' Roll High School follows the story of Riff Randell, a young and rebellious teenager who can't get enough of rock music. She attends Vince Lombardi High School, a school run by strict and oppressive staff that are determined to crush her spirit. The school has just appointed a new principal, Miss Togar, who is even more oppressive and determined to stamp out any signs of rebellion among the students.
Riff is devastated when she discovers that the school is staging a concert with her favorite rock band - the Ramones - but she can't attend due to Miss Togar's strict rules. Riff and her friends are determined to see their idols perform and embark on a mission to get tickets to the concert at any cost. Meanwhile, Miss Togar is working on her plans to dominate the students and put an end to their rebellion.
As Riff and her friends plan to take over the school with the help of the Ramones, they face challenges and setbacks along the way. They use guerrilla tactics to get the attention of the Ramones, and eventually, they manage to get the band to join their cause. The students, led by Riff and the Ramones, take over the school and launch a wild party that culminates in a massive concert featuring the Ramones.
