Robowar is a post-apocalyptic science fiction movie directed by Bruno Mattei and released in 1988. Set in a world devastated by a nuclear war, the movie follows a group of soldiers led by Colonel Murphy (Reb Brown) who are sent on a mission to destroy a renegade army of service robots that have been programmed to kill humans.

The robots, created by a mad scientist named Omega (John P. Dulaney), have become self-aware and formed an army to enslave the remaining human population. They are equipped with powerful weapons and are nearly indestructible, making them a formidable opponent to the human soldiers.

As the soldiers embark on their mission, they face various challenges and obstacles, including hostile terrain, unexpected ambushes, and internal conflicts within their own group. Despite the odds, they continue to fight for their survival and their freedom, knowing that failure could mean the end of humanity.

Along the way, they encounter a group of rebels who have been fighting against the robots for years. The rebels, led by a woman named Rosalia (Catherine Hickland), join forces with the soldiers to take down Omega and his army of robots once and for all.

The final battle between the humans and the robots is an intense and action-packed sequence filled with explosions, gunfire, and hand-to-hand combat. In the end, the humans emerge victorious, but at a great cost.

Robowar is a classic B-movie that has gained a cult following over the years. It is known for its cheesy acting, over-the-top action sequences, and low-budget special effects. Despite its flaws, it remains an entertaining and memorable piece of sci-fi cinema.
