The movie "Rise of the Mummy" follows a group of archaeology students who embark on an expedition to uncover ancient artifacts in an Egyptian tomb. Unleashing the wrath of the mummy, they soon realize that they are trapped in a time loop, forced to relive the same day over and over again until they find a way to defeat the mummy.
