The movie Revenge of the Nerds II: Nerds in Paradise follows the members of the Lambda Lambda Lambda fraternity as they head to Fort Lauderdale for a national fraternity conference. Upon arriving, they discover that their rivals, the Alpha Beta fraternity, are also in town and planning to ruin the Nerds' reputation.
The Nerds face numerous challenges from the Alphas, including pranks and sabotage attempts. However, with their trademark wit and intelligence, the Nerds come up with creative solutions to overcome these obstacles.
Meanwhile, several of the Nerds find themselves in romantic entanglements with local girls, including a hotel employee and a wealthy socialite. These relationships are tested as the Nerds and Alphas escalate their feud.
In the end, the Nerds triumph over the Alphas and save their reputation. They also learn important lessons about standing up for themselves and gaining confidence in their abilities.
