Repossessed is a 1990 comedy horror film directed by Bob Logan. The movie is a parody of the 1973 horror film The Exorcist and features Linda Blair, who reprises her role as the possessed Regan MacNeil.

The movie begins with Ernest Weller, a sleazy TV evangelist, searching for a person possessed by the devil for his upcoming television show. He finds Nancy Aglet, who was previously possessed and exorcised by Father Jebedaiah Mayii twenty years ago. Now, Nancy is a married woman with two children living a peaceful life. However, the devil has returned to repossess her, and Nancy's life quickly turns into a nightmare.

Father Mayii, who has retired and left the church, is unwilling to help Nancy. So, Father Luke Brophy, a young and inexperienced priest, takes on the task of exorcising the devil from Nancy's body. The exorcism becomes a media sensation with Weller broadcasting it live on TV.

As the exorcism takes place, the audience realizes that the devil is not Nancy's only problem. Other supernatural beings, such as a poltergeist, a ghost, and a talking dog, all get involved in the exorcism, making it an absurd and hilarious event.

In the end, Nancy is saved, and the devil is defeated, but the movie concludes with a twist ending that leaves the audience with a cliffhanger.

Repossessed received mixed reviews from the critics and was not a commercial success, but it has since become a cult classic among fans of horror-comedy films.
