In Red Dwarf: The Promised Land, Lister and his crew stumble upon a group of three cat clerics who have been living underground and worshipping Lister as their God. The group, made up of Tabby, Rag and Bongo, are being hunted by Rodon, a feral cat leader who believes that anyone who doesn't worship him is a threat to his authority.
As Lister learns more about the cat clerics and their plight, he becomes determined to help them. Together, the crew and the cat clerics set out to stop Rodon and his followers from wiping out all those who refuse to worship him.
Along the way, they encounter a number of obstacles, including a group of crazed mechanoids and a computer virus that threatens to destroy Red Dwarf. But with Lister's determination and the help of his friends, they are able to overcome these challenges and ultimately defeat Rodon.
Through their journey, Lister and his crew learn more about the cat clerics and the importance of standing up to tyranny and oppression. The Promised Land is a thrilling adventure that explores themes of friendship, loyalty, and the battle for freedom in a world where power is everything.
