Red Army Hooligans is a British action film directed by Steven M. Smith. The movie chronicles the story of Tony, the leader of a notorious London Hooligan firm, who is injured during a fight with a Russian ultra. As a result of his injury, Tony is forced to sit on the sidelines during the upcoming football world cup in Russia.
