The movie Rapture-Palooza takes place after the biblical apocalypse has occurred and the world has been plunged into chaos, with only a few remaining survivors. Two teenagers, Lindsey and Ben, are trying to live their lives as normally as possible despite the new, demonic reality around them.
However, when the Antichrist himself (played by Craig Robinson) sets his sights on Lindsey and declares her his future bride, the two teens decide to take action. With the help of some unlikely allies, including a weed-smoking pacifist (played by John Francis Daley) and Lindsey's own parents who have been turned into zombie-like creatures, they embark on a mission to defeat the Antichrist and save the world.
Along the way, they face various obstacles and challenges, such as navigating a world overrun by demons and dealing with their own personal issues. Despite the serious subject matter, the film is a comedy, and it uses its irreverent sense of humor to poke fun at the absurdity of the situation. The movie also features Anna Kendrick as Lindsey and John Francis Daley as Ben, and is directed by Paul Middleditch.
