The dentist in question is named Dr. Ming, played by Simon Yam. He becomes infatuated with young women in uniforms, particularly those in schoolgirl outfits. His obsession leads him to stalk two sisters, one of whom is a high school student named Yeung Siu-Fung, played by Chingmy Yau.
Meanwhile, Siu-Fung's older sister, Yeung Wing-Tsan (played by Esther Kwan), is pursued by a recently-released prison thug named Chin Kar-Lok (played by Mark Cheng). Despite warnings from her family and friends, Wing-Tsan finds herself drawn to Kar-Lok's dangerous charisma.
As Dr. Ming's obsession grows, he becomes increasingly violent towards the women he stalks. He breaks into their homes and even takes photographs of them without their knowledge. Siu-Fung becomes one of his victims when he breaks into her bedroom one night and attempts to rape her.
Eventually, Kar-Lok and Dr. Ming's paths cross when they both target Wing-Tsan. Dr. Ming sees her in her schoolgirl uniform and becomes fixated on her, while Kar-Lok sees her as a potential victim to extort money from. The two men clash in a violent confrontation that ultimately ends in tragedy.
