Range Runners is a thriller film that follows Mel (played by Celeste M Cooper), a woman who decides to embark on a solo hike on a remote trail in the Appalachian Mountains, leaving behind her troubled past. As she sets out on her journey, she encounters two men named Ranger (played by Sean Patrick Leonard) and Sean (played by Michael B. Woods), who are on the run and desperate for supplies. They rob Mel of her backpack and leave her stranded with no food, water, or shelter.
Mel's situation becomes even more dire as she realizes that the men are not going to let her go easily. They keep a close eye on her, and she soon discovers that they are involved in illegal activities and that her life may be in danger. With no one to turn to and no way to call for help, Mel is forced to rely on her survival skills and fight back against the dangerous duo.
As she fights to stay alive, Mel is faced with the choice of giving up and returning to her normal life, or summoning the strength and determination to take back what was taken from her.
